William Kloehn joined JCRA in 2008 to expand its businesses internationally in North America. Prior to joining JCRA, William managed groups responsible for the origination and structuring of derivatives in both the United States and Europe as a Managing Director at Citigroup. He has over 17 years’ experience in structuring and executing derivatives and debt raising transactions in structured finance and asset-backed arenas.
